Common questions.
Does Ryzenith need an account or internet?
No app account is required. Core planning and workout logging work offline. TestFlight installation and optional Apple services need their own connectivity.
Where is my workout history?
Training data is stored locally. Optional iCloud backup saves snapshots in your private Apple Account. Use the in-app backup/restore flow for a full app snapshot.
Can I log from Apple Watch without my phone?
The Watch can display cached information, but workout actions require a reachable paired iPhone.
Why did the Lock Screen stop updating a Quick Session?
iOS can suspend the app. Use Refresh or reopen Ryzenith at an expired phase. Keep the app open for automatic phase cues.
Does Ryzenith read Apple Health?
No. With permission, it writes completed workouts and a supported optional effort score. You can decline or revoke that permission and keep using Ryzenith.
Are CSV, JSON and backup restore the same?
No. CSV exports workout rows. JSON import merges supported plans and sessions and skips existing identifiers; it does not restore all settings. Backup restore replaces user data, including settings.
Does every exercise have an animated demonstration?
No. Clips are used where available; other exercises use illustrated stills. Motion availability can differ between the male and female figures.
What does the beta cost?
The current beta is free and has no subscription. Future App Store pricing will be announced separately. TestFlight access depends on the invitation and supported devices.
