This is Ryzenith's App Privacy label, reproduced in full. There is nothing below the fold of it.
Turn it on and your log syncs through your personal iCloud container, end-to-end under your Apple account. Turn it off and nothing leaves the device.
One tap exports everything as documented CSV and JSON. Import reads the same files back, byte for byte — the format is part of the product, not an afterthought.
Effective July 31, 2026. Ryzenith is an iPhone and Apple Watch workout logger published by Matthew Wardenaar. This policy covers the iOS app, the Apple Watch app, and the home screen and Lock Screen widgets. It does not cover the App Store, iCloud, or any other Apple service, which are governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. Ryzenith is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone.
Workout records, training configuration, and the progression state used to prefill your next session. Deleting the app deletes all of it.
If iCloud is on, your log syncs through your private CloudKit database, tied to your Apple Account. We cannot read it, query it, or recover it for you. It is optional and backup only. The app never needs a network connection to log a workout.
Ryzenith requests permission to write completed workouts to Apple Health. It does not read anything from Health. Health data is never transmitted to us, never used for advertising, never sold, never shared. Declining is fine, the app works normally.
Used for one optional feature: describing your gym out loud to build an equipment list. Recognition runs on device. Audio is not recorded to a file and is not sent anywhere. Where on-device foundation models match your words to known equipment, that also runs on device with no network inference. If recognition is unavailable it falls back to a local dictionary rather than sending anything off the phone.
We share nothing because we receive nothing. There are no service providers, analytics vendors, or advertising partners involved in the app. Your data is protected by your own device and Apple Account security. Because no Ryzenith server exists, there is no Ryzenith database to breach. We retain nothing; your data lives on your device for as long as you keep it.
The private beta is free. If Ryzenith is sold later it will be a one-time purchase processed by Apple. We never see your card, billing address, or Apple Account details. No subscriptions, ever.
Access, portability, deletion, and correction rights all resolve to the same place: your device and your Apple Account, which you already control directly. Edit or delete anything in the app; delete the app to remove the local copy; use Settings, your name, iCloud, Manage Account Storage to remove the iCloud copy. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising, so those opt-out rights do not apply, and we do not profile. Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Oregon, and Virginia have a right to appeal a privacy decision, though there is unlikely to be one to appeal.
